Job Purpose:

Create a positive learning environment where the children learn sportsmanship, fundamental skills, teamwork, and responsibility; organize practice and meets for the elementary academic team.

·  Ability to manage a group of participants effectively

·  Attend all fixtures/training sessions to include all gym and field sessions

·  Solution orientated
